MATTHEW FIRTH

Matthew has been a licensed California real estate broker for nearly 15 years and experience as a real estate investor and C-Level manager for nearly a decade more. Matthew is responsible for sales, leasing, and property management oversight for Terrace Property Management.
Matthew earned a BS in Finance and BS in Business Management from the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona in 2005. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys time with his wife Rachel, son Ford, and daughter Millie and volunteering on the NAIOP YPG board where, in 2018 and 2019, he has chaired the Capstone Project.
