Housing vouchers
We accept housing vouchers. Under California SB 329 we can't turn you down for paying with a housing voucher or other rental assistance, and the income test runs against your portion of the rent, not the full rent.
Assistance animals
Assistance animals are not pets. They are not subject to pet rent, pet deposits, or breed and weight limits. Requests for an assistance animal or any other accommodation go to a licensed manager, who decides every one.
