Privacy Policy

The short version

This site collects what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical information any website receives. That's it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not use it for advertising, and we don't let anyone else use it for theirs. There are no ads, no tracking cookies, and no analytics on this site.

Who we are

Terrace Property Management, P.C. ("Terrace," "we," "us") is a licensed California real estate broker, CA DRE #02284554, at 2200 South Coast Highway #7, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

This policy covers terracepm.co. It does not cover the resident portal, rental applications, or leases. Those have their own terms, and they govern the information collected through them.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill out a form or email us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about a property or a home you're looking for.

What every website receives. When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider receives the technical information browsers send: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use it only to run and protect the site.

What we don't collect. No tracking cookies. No advertising identifiers. No location. No information bought from anyone else.

Please don't send us sensitive numbers. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or government ID numbers through this site or by email. If a rental application needs them, the application process collects them securely.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare a management proposal, answer your questions about a home, keep the site running and secure, and comply with the law.

That's the whole list.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the site, process forms, filter spam, and handle our email. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• When the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
• A successor, if Terrace is sold or merges, and only under the protections in this policy.

We don't sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for their advertising or marketing, including their direct marketing.

How long we keep it

• Messages that don't lead to a business relationship: deleted within 24 months.
• Messages that do: kept with that relationship's records for as long as the law and our broker license require.
• Technical information: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, and used only to run and secure the site.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Team@TerracePM.co or write to the address above. We'll respond within 30 days.

We may need to confirm it's you before we act. If the law or our recordkeeping obligations as a broker require us to keep something, we'll keep it and tell you that's why.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you across other websites, and it doesn't let anyone else do so. Every visitor is treated the way a Do Not Track signal asks, whether or not your browser sends one.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we use reasonable safeguards for what you send us. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change affects how we use something you already sent us, we'll email you first.
